PUDDLESTOMPERS weekly child/adult classes are offered seasonally to offer children and their caretakers an opportunity to explore the community around them. These classes provide a foundation for future outdoor learning and exploration as well a fun and exciting way for your child to get active! Offered year round, every season provides new experiences, topics, and exploration opportunities!
Spot butterflies, identify bird calls, and create your own fox den alongside skilled teacher naturalists.
Classes will be held in the beautiful Hop Brook Conservation Area!
Caregiver must be present during program.
This program will take place at Hop Brook Conservation Area unless inclement weather is predicted. If inclement weather is predicted, classes will be held at the Fairbank Community Center.
PUDDLESTOMPERS' mission is to connect the youngest naturalists, ages 2 to 8 (and their parents and caregivers) to the open spaces in their communities. By providing children and families with seeds of interest and tools of exploration, PUDDLESTOMPERS seeks to help build the foundation for a lifelong enjoyment, love of the outdoors, and a lasting stewardship of nature. A percentage of PUDDLESTOMPERS' revenues are given to the host towns to support local environmental education and/or conservation efforts.

Refund requests must be made using our Refund Request Form, found on our website, and dated at least 7 business days prior to the start of the program. Refund request made at least 7 business days in advance of the program will be assessed a $10 withdrawal fee. After 7 business days, no refunds will be granted. Refunds are easier to process if you pay by credit card. If more than three months have passed since your original credit card transaction your refund will be proceed by check. If you paid by check, you must submit a refund form with a copy of the cancelled check.
