At the Longfellow we love teaching children and adults of all ages to play tennis! It's exhilarating to see players grow as individuals in the process of learning and improving their tennis games. We've created a few different exciting programs that successfully integrates a commitment to excellence, daily lessons in good sportsmanship, and a high-spirited atmosphere of fun. Our experience, combined with the comprehensive Longfellow training system can guarantee that one session with us will have a significant and positive impact on a player's tennis game.

All programs will follow COVID-19 protocol and guidelines for maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

Refund Policy:
Refund requests must be made using our Refund Request Form, found on our website, and dated at least 7 business days prior to the start of the program. Refund request made at least 7 business days in advance of the program will be assessed a $10 withdrawal fee.  After 7 business days, no refunds will be granted. Refunds are easier to process if you pay by credit card. If more than three months have passed since your original credit card transaction your refund will be proceed by check. If you paid by check, you must submit a refund form with a copy of the cancelled check.

Tennis Levels
  • Red Ball Junior: Designed for 4.5-5.5 year olds with little or not tennis experience. Focuses on motor skills, agility, balance and coordination with some racket skills.
  • Red Ball I & II: Designed for 6-7 year olds with wide range of tennis experience and skills. Focus on motor skills, rallying skills, serving and point play.
  • Red Ball III: Designed for 7-8 year olds with at least one year of Red Ball Tennis. Focuses on rallying skills, serving, tactics, point play nd some advanced techniques.
  • Orange Ball: Designed for the junior player (ages 9-10) looking for fun! Played on 60' courts with low compression orange balls- slower than regular yellow balls. Focus on stroke development and racquet skills.
  • Green Ball: (Ages 11-12) Using low compression green balls, players have fun learning to play tennis! Players learn to serve, rally, keep score, skill & stroke development and racquet skills.
  • Middle School Yellow: Players learn the skills necessary to be successful at the high school level. Focus on tactics, strategy, and stroke development.
  • Cardio Tennis: High energy fitness activity that combines the best of the sport of tennis with cardio vascular activity. Great workout for building up your footwork and conditioning while playing your favorite sport of tennis. All levels welcome!
