Private Swim Lessons (5 week session)

Learning to swim is great exercise—it builds endurance and muscles at the same time. Being safe around water is a lifelong skill you can learn at any age, whether it's at a pool or walking on the beach.

Private swim lessons allow the participant to work at a personalized level to achieve swim goals.

Private swim lessons are a good way to help swimmers focus on a particular skill, or to help overcome a fear of the water.

One session will contain 5 - 30 minute private lessons.

About the instructor:
Julie Harrington is the Assistant Director of Sudbury Park, Recreation and Aquatics. She has been teaching swimming lessons for over twenty years. In addition to teaching, she has been a college, and youth swim coach.
