Yoga-Pilates Fusion Class With Tai

A dynamic and balanced class that connect breath with movement in a flowing sequence of Pilates base exercises combined with Yoga restorative postures and sequence. This class will start slowly and will explore practices such as sitting isolation work, full body stretches, inversions and Pilates aerobics. The student will gain strong Alignment, Self-Awareness, Body strength and Stress reduction.

About Instructor Tai Louie:
Influenced by: my contemporary dance background, proficient ballet and yoga teachers who
dare scrutinize, spiritual travels and meditation to India for over (20) years, my goal is to bring a
unique sense of empowerment to each of my students. The principles of Pranayama techniques,
Dosha Ayurvedic training, formal classical dance training and proper alignment are formulated
into my Pilates Yoga routines and Yoga sequences to rebuild a deeper mind/body relationship
and awareness in a yoga practice. All my classes are challenging yet sensitive to each student’s
progress and will guide them to reconnect to a vital resource within themselves.
