Yoga comes to life to stimulate our children in a non- competitive safe setting while encouraging self-awareness, allowing them to feel happy and secure about their perfect selves. Playful yoga poses, animated breathing exercises, balancing poses and imaginative relaxation techniques will connect them to their individual growing bodies, releasing tension and improving focus. Partner poses and a cooperative yoga environment will inspire positive peer interactions that surely will carry into their everyday life.

About Instructor Tai Louie:
Influenced by: my contemporary dance background, proficient ballet and yoga teachers who
dare scrutinize, spiritual travels and meditation to India for over (20) years, my goal is to bring a
unique sense of empowerment to each of my students. The principles of Pranayama techniques,
Dosha Ayurvedic training, formal classical dance training and proper alignment are formulated
into my Pilates Yoga routines and Yoga sequences to rebuild a deeper mind/body relationship
and awareness in a yoga practice. All my classes are challenging yet sensitive to each student’s
progress and will guide them to reconnect to a vital resource within themselves.
