Swimmers

For athletes who would like to be more comfortable in the water or would like to improve their swim technique.  This is a group class with an emphasis on individual needs and goals.  Whether you are a beginner tri-athlete or just just looking to improve technique and get back into shape, this class is for you.   


Class Requirement
Participants do not need to be strong swimmers, but should be comfortable in water.

About the instructor:
Julie Harrington is the Assistant Director of Sudbury Park, Recreation and Aquatics. She has been teaching swimming lessons for over twenty years. In addition to teaching, she has been a college, and youth swim coach.
