Healthy Eating 101

No more diets! In this home based program, you’ll learn the solution to managing your health, weight, and waist line. Learn how to eat right  (not less) to rebalance and repair your metabolism, reduce inflammation and keep your body out of fat storage mode. In this science based program, average weight loss is 2-3lbs per week. Never feel hungry or deprived. The first two weeks will be classroom based. 

Notes:
Participants need to purchase a $25 health guide and journal. Additional products maybe recommended based on individual situations and are optional.

About Instructor:
Kristine is a TLS Healthy Eating Coach. After losing almost 20 pounds and gaining better overall health Kristine wanted to help others with their wellness goals.
